The Sette 30 AP coffee grinder features high-quality AP burrs, designed for the Sette 270 / 270W grinders, which enable exceptionally good espresso grinding. It can also be used for grinding coffee for manual brewing methods that require a slightly finer grind (e.g., AeroPress and Hario V60).

Designed and developed in Liechtenstein over 8 years, the Baratza Sette 30 AP's grinding technology sets a new standard for simplicity, efficiency, and durability. The new mechanism features an external rotating burr and an internal fixed burr. The design of the mechanism doubles the efficiency compared to similar coffee grinders. Coffee passes vertically through the grinder and flows directly into the container or espresso machine portafilter.
