This data helps you manage fatigue better than heart rate monitoring alone, especially when transitioning from indoor trainer workouts to real-world cycling.

The DUO's data is highly accurate, measuring power at the pedal in real-time, rather than an average from the crank. This makes it ideal for use with modern oval chainrings, as the measurement point is immune to other factors. Even weather conditions won't affect accuracy, thanks to automatic temperature compensation from -10 to +60 °C.
