The 3-stage FOODCYCLER® system features an automatic three-stage cycle: it dries, grinds, and cools your food waste while simultaneously filtering odors and methane gases. During the drying phase, moisture is removed from your food scraps. Then, in the grinding phase, blades cut your food waste into small pieces. In the cooling phase, the final waste, or EcoChips, cools down.

If you need to add more waste while the FoodCycler is running, you can use its pause feature (only during the drying phase).
