The Sage Oracle® Touch espresso machine with an automatic touchscreen prepares your favorite coffee in three simple steps: grinds coffee beans, brews coffee, and froths milk. You can easily adjust coffee strength, milk texture, or temperature to your taste. Save your coffee with its own unique name. Create and save up to 8 personalized coffees.
Dosing - The integrated conical burr grinder automatically grinds, doses, and tamps 22 grams of coffee for a double espresso, just like in your favorite café.
Precise Water Temperature - The difference between an acceptable or balanced espresso can be due to a temperature change of only 1 ºC. The Oracle® Touch uses digital temperature control technology (PID) to ensure the temperature remains optimal at all times. Stainless steel dual boilers maintain optimal water temperature continuously for coffee brewing and milk frothing.
Optimal Water Pressure - An over-pressure valve (OPV) is a feature included in the Oracle® Touch. This limits the maximum pressure throughout the extraction, preventing the coffee from becoming bitter.
Optimal Steam Pressure - Café-quality coffee is a fine balance between espresso and rich, sweet micro-textured milk foam. The steam wand automatically froths milk to your taste, creating barista-quality silky microfoam that enhances the coffee's flavor.
