The Teltonika TRB500 is a compact and energy-efficient 5G modem and Ethernet router engineered for professional applications. Despite being categorized as a "Gateway" due to its single Ethernet port and lack of integrated Wi-Fi, it functions as a full-featured router with advanced firewall capabilities ensuring robust network security.

Equipped with four 5G/4G antenna connectors (SMA female), the TRB500 offers versatile deployment options. For optimal performance, it supports the simultaneous use of up to five 4G frequency bands (Carrier Aggregation), delivering the fastest possible 4G speeds. While four small 5G/4G antennas are included, connecting external antennas can further enhance reliability and speed, with Teltonika recommending four identical antennas for peak performance.

The TRB500 runs on the RutOS operating system, which provides a comprehensive suite of advanced security features and seamless compatibility with Teltonika's Remote Management System (RMS). This integration allows for optimized remote management and monitoring, making it an ideal solution for managing large fleets of devices efficiently.

While the Teltonika RUTX50 features superior technology for higher speeds, the TRB500 distinguishes itself as a highly compact and energy-efficient solution.
